|Cheese and Pasta in a Pot

Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and simmer together a bit.
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse.
Put 1/2 macaroni in 2 large casseroles; cover with half of meat mix, half of sour cream and the sliced provolone.
Repeat process, and top with mozzarella.
Cover and bake 45 minutes, then uncover and brown lightly.
Good - Great for a large group.
