Soy and Beef Stir Fry (Marph's Stir Fry- From the Experimental Kitchens)

Ingredients

lean chicken or beef |

tbs. soy sauce (to cover meat) |

tsp. cornflour |

pepper (to cover meat) |

dashes tabasco |

white wine (about 1/2-3/4 metric cup preferably dry, i.e. Riesling) |
Trim the meat, add the cornflour and mix in with soy sauce.
Let the meat marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.
Heat pan and cook meat. Add in water to generate sauce.
Finally add in white wine, pepper and Tabasco.
Cook to maintain sauce and finally simmer (until your meat of choice is cooked to your satisfaction).
