| Mince Rissoles

Ingredients
| Meat |
| 1/2 |
kilo premium mince (good quality) |
| 2-3 |
cups fresh bread crumbs |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1 |
onion finely chopped |
Add all ingredients together and make into round balls - whatever size you desire. Then...
| Sauce |

tbs tomato sauce |
| 2 |
tbs water |
| 1 |
tbs worcestershire sauce |
| 1 |
tbs honey |
| 1 |
tbs sugar |
| 1 |
tbs brown vinegar |
Mix all ingredients well in a cup.
The rissoles can be cooked in either the oven (30 mins preheated) or in an electric frypan - 20 mins.
Pour half of the sauce over rissoles while cooking and use the other half to add to the rissoles while serving. I usually make a bit extra sauce, because it's sooo nice.
This recipe is pretty yummy and easy to make!
